Plastic Extrusion Colours
Colour Materials - As well as our standard rigid PVC colour range, we can match any colour you require in most materials either by reference to recognised standards, including BS, RAL or Pantone, or to any sample submitted to us.

The best method of achieving a colour match is to provide us with a sample of the material you wish us to match. We then have swatches made and issue our customers with small samples for their approval. Please note that colour matching of any material takes time, and should be addressed early on in the proceedings. This service is most cost effective where in excess of one tonne lots of material will be extruded per run. Clear Materials - We offer clear PVC (rigid and flexible), Polycarbonate and PETG as clear extrusion options. PVC is not glass clear, but can be extruded in relatively complex sections. Polycarbonate is advantageous where the product will be exposed to higher temperatures, and is extremely robust and PETG has very good clarity. Clear rigid PVC profiles may require extra cleaning on cut ends. |
