Tooling

Condale Plastics has its own fully equipped tool room with the latest three axis machining centres and wire eroders which enable us to provide a complete in-house tool production and maintenance service to our customers.

All tooling is designed, engineered and tested under the watchful eyes of our experienced technical team. Using the latest CAD facilities they will work closely with you to design tools that will generate dimensionally accurate plastic extrusions that look great. Skilled personnel will build the tools and then our team of development engineers will work closely with our production personnel to fully test and optimise each tool.

We are able to offer you support and advice on your initial extrusion design or at any stage of your project. Where necessary any modifications can be designed, agreed and implemented very quickly. Having the skills in house means that we are able to respond rapidly to any request and provide a timely and efficient service.

Our practical experience in combination with continuous research and training means that we are at the forefront of tooling technology for custom plastic extrusions from the simplest PVC section, through PETG tubing to complex co-extrusions and polycarbonate profiles.
