Tooling, Quality and Clean Room
We have a fully equipped tool room with the latest CNC mills and wire eroders, which enable us to provide a full in-house tooling service to our customers.Condale's ISO 9001:2000 Approved Quality Management System involves monitoring and quality checks at key stages.
Our clean room is suitable for custom medical tubing, medical grade multi lumen tubing and small diameter tubing to tight tolerances.

All tooling is designed, engineered and tested under the watchful eyes of our experienced technical team, using the latest CAD facilities. They work closely with both our production teams and customers to ensure that any modifications are quickly identified and implemented to provide an accurate, quality extrusion. We are able to assist our customers from initial design to final production offering advice on any modifications where necessary. Having the skills in house means we are able to respond rapidly to customer requests and to provide a timely and efficient service. We are at the forefront of tooling technology for PETG tubing and Polycarbonate profiles and have extensive experience in designing tooling to produce PVC and co-extrusion profiles.Quality ManagementCondale's ISO 9001:2000 Approved quality management system ensures verifiable and sequential quality and continuity checks. These follow through from enquiry to final production, with customer approval at key stages in the proceedings. During production, colour, tolerances, fit, finish and special features are all closely monitored. Any quality issues arising are quickly and professionally addressed. |

Clean Room Area
The company has installed two new plastic extrusion lines within a self-contained clean room area to enable us to run extrusions where the level of contamination from dust and other air borne particles need to be kept to a minimum.The clean room facilities are particularly well suited to producing various types of extrusions for medical applications such as custom medical grade tubing, medical multi lumen tubing and we are able to run PVC and TPE in various medical grades and hardnesses to produce small diameter tubing and multi lumen tubing to tight tolerances. Plastic tubing can be supplied in cut lengths and coils. Coils can be supplied on plastic cores/reels, if required, for cleanliness. |
