Custom Plastic Extrusions

Plastic Extrusion Materials

The choice of thermoplastic material depends on application use. Some plastics are UV stable (polycarbonate), have higher heat resistance, give good clarity (PETG) or are more flexible than others like PVC extrusions.

We use a variety of materials and the properties of the more popular ones are shown including UPVC (Rigid PVC extrusion), Cellular PVC, flexible PVC extrusions, ABS, HIP (Polystyrene), Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Polycarbonate, PC/ABS alloys, Nylon 6 and Clear PETG.
