Condale Plastics is renowned for its innovative approach to thermoplastic extrusion design, working with its customers to overcome problems, refine ideas and enhance the final product. Initially established in the centre of Croydon in 1969 the company grew steadily leading to the acquisition of a second factory in East Grinstead where the company consolidated its extrusion operations in 1995.

The company has achieved an enviable reputation for high quality service, versatility, innovation and technical expertise, pushing the boundaries of plastic extrusion technology in terms of complexity and diversity of materials to produce a massive range of custom plastic extrusions.

We take considerable pride in the service that we offer and our skills and experience over 35 years have made us one of the largest general purpose plastic extruders in the UK.

Our manufacturing base has grown to approximately 5,000 square metres with a large tool-room and 33 extrusion lines contained within 4 adjacent units and including a clean medical room for the production of medical grade extrusions.

To maintain a high level of quality and service for our customers we have a continual annual investment programme, updating and improving our facilities with the latest extrusion technology. Our state of the art tool room has recently been upgraded with the latest 3-axis CNC milling machines and wire erosion equipment.
