Our plastic extrusion manufacturing base occupies over 5,000 square metres and includes a modern and fully equipped tool room, 33 plastic extrusion lines and a clean room for medical extrusions. Our products are utilised in building and construction, shop fitting, office furniture and partitioning, modular buildings and caravans, packaging, power generation, sports, toys, marine, lighting, medical, and automotive industries, to name but a few. We manufacture a wide range of plastic extrusions to customer specific requirements. Our portfolio of products includes rigid and flexible plastic profiles, plastic sections, plastic tubes and plastic co-extrusions. We offer plastic extrusions in a wide variety of materials from the more conventional PVC, uPVC, polycarbonate, PETg to more specialised thermoplastic elastomers and EVA. We can produce plastic tubes from 2mm to 160mm in diameter and plastic sections and plastic profiles up to 300mm wide. In addition we offer an extensive range of standard plastic profiles, plastic angles, plastic sections and plastic tubes, all made to order. Tooling is designed and produced in-house. Material options include PVC (Flexible PVC), uPVC (Rigid PVC), PETG, ABS, ASA, Nylon, HIPS (Polystyrene), Polycarbonate, Polypropylene, Polythene, Acrylic, EVA, TPV, TPE and TPU. In fact we produce plastic section, plastic profile and plastic tubing in virtually any thermoplastic material and offer co-extrusion facilities where a combination of materials is required. If you have a specific material requirement we will try to assist you. We offer a full colour matching service, a standard rigid PVC colour range, clear PVC extrusion (rigid and flexible), plus polycarbonate and PETG as clear plastic extrusion options. An array of modern extrusion facilities and in-line finishing in a range of configurations provide the capability to offer an extensive range of plastic extrusions and plastic tubes in the shortest of delivery times. A clean room is available for medical grade small diameter and multi lumen tubing to tight tolerances. An ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System provides the framework to ensure that our skilled personnel produce tools and custom plastic extrusions of the highest standards. |
